Orders below this threshold are subject to a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout. We ship across Canada and select international destinations.

All fragrance orders are carefully inspected and packaged before dispatch. Orders typically take 1–3 business days to process. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays. During promotional periods or sales events, processing may take slightly longer.

- International Delivery: 10–18 business days depending on destination
- Attar & Special Sets (Fragile/Oversized Packaging): May require an additional 2–4 business days for safe handling

Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to factors beyond our control — including customs inspections, carrier delays, or weather conditions. If your order is taking longer than expected, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
All orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning all applicable import taxes and duties are included in the product price. No surprise charges at your door.
Refund & Return Policy
Welcome to The Maharaja Perfumes! We want you to love every scent you choose. All our products are backed by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. You may return eligible items free of charge within 30 days of delivery. Please read the conditions below before initiating a return.
Important: Due to hygiene and safety regulations, opened or used perfume bottles cannot be returned unless the product is defective or incorrect. All returns must be in original, sealed condition with packaging intact.

- Contact our Maharaja Perfumes Customer Service team via our contact page and describe the issue. Include clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.
- Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and propose a resolution based on our return policy.
- Upon agreement, we will provide return instructions. Do not return the product to the sender's address on the package — returns sent without authorization will not be processed.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will issue your refund or dispatch a replacement. Refunds typically take 2–14 business days depending on your payment provider.
